In person group classes and in home private prenatal education are currently on hold, during the Covid-19 pandemic, in Toronto.

We are continuing to offer online private prenatal education, and group classes. While it is not the same as in person, our virtual sessions have been running incredibly well!

During your session you can expect:

  • 4 to 8 hours of education

  • Full text and email support before your session and for any follow up questions

  • Comprehensive information packages on all covered topic areas, as well as relevant links, book titles and referrals to other professionals, based on your interests and needs

  • Option to cater the classes to suit your unique interests and needs

  • Information specifically related to navigating the hospital and birth world during Covid-19

  • Flexible dates and timing (for private sessions) - we are able to accommodate your unique schedule needs.

  • Committed support and a non-judgemental approach

Classes are always unique and personal - we will fill in the gaps for your family’s personal situation. Along with answering your specific questions, sessions will cover:

  • The physiology and anatomy of both birth and postnatal recovery

  • The physical and emotional stages and phases of birth

  • The ins and outs about natural and medical comfort measures

  • A wide range of active postures and relaxation techniques for birth

  • Uncovering your hopes for your birth and parenthood, plus activities to ease all of your fears

  • Writing your birth and postnatal “plans” (we like the word “preference” in place of “plan”)

  • What to expect from your newborn and the early days of parenthood

  • Games and activities, to ensure all the information sinks in

We’ve got the tools to make sure you feel confident, supported and informed during your birth and parenting journey.
